Pricing (per attendee):
• 1–9 attendees → $199 each
• 10–19 attendees → $179 each
• 20–29 attendees → $159 each
• 30+ attendees → $139 each

Travel:
• Events outside Las Vegas require a flat travel fee of $1,800

Payment Terms
• Full payment is due upon receipt of invoice
• 14-day full refund window
• After 14 days, payments become non-refundable
• No refunds for reduced headcount or no-shows
• Additional attendees added later will be billed separately

Legal
Nevada law governs this agreement. Electronic signatures are legally binding under U.S. E-SIGN and UETA.
